Scalloped Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sharp cheese
    1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs.
    Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
    Serves 4 but easily doubled.
    Just increase cooking time a little.
