Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. ripe mashed banana, mashed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and flour.
Mix well.
Add buttermilk and beat.
Mix in bananas and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Yields 2 loaves.
