Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. lean beef stew meat
    4 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch cubes
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    2 celery ribs, cut into 3/4 inch chunks
    1 medium onion, quartered
Preparation
    Combine the tomatoes, water, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper in large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into greased 13 X 9 inch baking dish.
    Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 3/4 to 2 hours.
