Cranberry-Cottage Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
    Break up the cranberry sauce in a bowl.
    Sieve the cottage cheese or, preferably, puree it in a blender.
    Put half the cooled gelatin mixture in the cranberry sauce and the other half in the sieved cottage cheese.
