Gazpacho(Cold Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes, peeled, seed and cut in bite size pieces
    1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped fine
    2 small onions, peeled and chopped fine
    3 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped fine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/8 tsp. garlic juice
    dash of cayenne
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Let sit at room temperature about 2 hours to mix flavors.
    Then add 2 1/2 cups tomato juice and 3/4 cup water. Chill.
    Serve in bowls topped with sour cream, if desired. Refreshing on hot summer days.
