Hot Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in 1 to 2-inch pieces
    1 can golden mushroom soup or regular mushroom soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 (4 to 8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (to taste)
    1/2 c. wine (any kind)
    noodles or rice
Preparation
    Layer first four ingredients in casserole dish.
    Do not stir. Cover.
    Cook for three hours at 300\u00b0.
    Forget about it and don't look at it during this time.
    Remove from oven and add the mushrooms and wine.
    Do not stir.
    Cover and bake for another 1/2 hour, still at 300\u00b0.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
