Busy Day Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. (4 c.) rigatoni
    1 (16 oz.) jar (2 c.) spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1 c. cottage cheese or Ricotta
    2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook rigatoni as directed; drain.
    In bottom of 2-quart casserole or 9-inch square pan, pat a few spoonfuls of sauce. Arrange 1/2 of rigatoni in pan.
    Cover with all of the cottage cheese.
    Top with 1/2 the sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Arrange in layers the remaining rigatoni, sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
