Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen deep dish pie crust
    4 eggs
    1 pt. half and half
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Defrost the spinach.
    Squeeze out all excess water. Meanwhile, partially cook the pie crust (follow heating directions on package; about 10 minutes).
    Next, heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix half and half, 4 beaten eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg; mix.
    Spoon in spinach and combine.
    Sprinkle the cheese in the bottom of the partially cooked pie crust.
    Then pour mixture into shell.
    Place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then lower heat to 350\u00b0 and cook for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.l
