Golden Ember Sauce(Barbecue Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 cloves garlic, cut in half
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a jar or bottle.
    Shake thoroughly. Let stand several hours before using.
    Stir well before brushing on chicken.
    Split chickens in half.
    Brush generously on both sides with sauce.
    Let stand several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
    Place on grill, hollow side down.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes.
    Brush with sauce and turn.
    Cook 20 minutes or until tender or brush with sauce often and turn chicken every 10 minutes.
