Alpine Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz. pkg.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. (8 oz. pkg.) shredded Swiss cheese
    4 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
    1/4 c. green onion slices
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (6 to 7 oz.) can minced crabmeat, well drained
Preparation
    Combine cheeses, bacon and onion. Mix together beaten eggs and milk, then add to the cheese mixture. Mix lightly and pour into greased 8-inch baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Serve on stone ground crackers or small slices of rye bread.
