Easy Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
6 eggs
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet.
Combine milk, biscuit mix and eggs. Mix for 1 minute with electric beater.
Spread drained sausage in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Cover with biscuit mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
