Fresh Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix or Mrs. Grass vegetable dip mix
    vegetables
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls and press together on a 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet.
    Bake until light brown; cool.
