Shrimp And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup (undiluted)
1/4 c. white wine
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
breadcrumbs
Preparation

Saute shrimp and mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter for 2 minutes. Add soup and wine; blend well.
Spoon into shallow 2-quart casserole.
Combine remaining butter, cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over shrimp mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
