Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Cook onion in butter until soft.
    Add cheese; cook until cheese is slightly melted.
    Combine broccoli, cooked rice and soup in oven-safe bowl.
    Pour melted cheese over mixture. Cook for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
