Coated Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy. Add sugar, water and a little cinnamon. Melt margarine in pan in 200\u00b0 oven. Pour pecans in bowl with egg whites and mix. Layer in pan with margarine. Check every 10 minutes until done.
