Fast Fried Rice For Singles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium carrot, sliced thin
    approximately 1/4 c. frozen green peas
    1 egg, scrambled (or 2 if you prefer)
    1/2 c. cooked meat (chicken, pork, shrimp or beef, your choice)
    soy sauce
Preparation
    In a wok or nonstick skillet, heat oil and cook onions and carrots over medium heat until onions turn to a semi-clear color. Add green peas; stir until frost is off peas; add egg(s).
    Stir. Add meat and rice.
    Blend all ingredients together until everything is mixed well.
    Add soy sauce to taste; mix well.
