Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine crumbs and margarine; press into deep dish pie pan or spring-form pan.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt.
    Mix.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Mix well.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
    Pour over cheesecake and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
