Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cream or milk
    1 lb. haddock
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    lemon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Dip fish in milk.
    Combine cheese and bread crumbs.
    Coat fish.
    Put in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme.
    Pour melted butter or margarine on
    fish.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle cooked fish with paprika.
    Garnish with lemon wedge.
