Marinated Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
Preparation

Mix everything except tenderloin in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Place meat in dish and turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning meat several times.
Drain, reserving liquid. Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Place meat on rack in shallow pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until meat reaches 170\u00b0.
Cool, wrap and chill.
About 30 minutes before serving, slice meat very thin. Place in chafing dish.
