Ingredients

6 c. milk (can be skim or fat-free)
1 large can evaporated milk (skim evaporated)
1 c. regular rice
4 large eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Simply bring milk, water and rice to a boil and boil 4 minutes (less if you cut recipe in half) or until rice is done and mixture is thick and creamy.
Stir often.
You can add raisins (couple hands full).
