Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. diced, uncooked chicken breast
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 c. oil
3 medium carrots, cut diagonally in 1/2-inch pieces
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 onion, sliced
1 (20 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks, reserve juice
Preparation

Mix Bisquick and pepper in plastic bag or bowl.
Stir chicken into eggs.
Remove chicken with slotted spoon and place in bag or bowl with baking mix.
Coat chicken.
Remove chicken.
