Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. bananas, chopped
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
    Spoon batter into 3 (9-inch) round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely.
