Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boiled shrimp
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 cans mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    Tabasco to taste
    Tony Chachere seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Bake at low temperature for 45 minutes.
    Garnish with red or jalapeno peppers.
