Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (11 oz.) can drained and sliced mandarin oranges or 1/2 lb. green seedless grapes
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine chicken, water chestnuts, celery and grapes or oranges.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add to chicken.
    Toss well.
    Chill several hours.
    Serves 6.
