Country Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large brown eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
2 c. milk (sweet)
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and milk.
Add egg yolks, one at a time.
Mix real well.
Add vanilla.
Place in pie crust and bake until done. Beat egg whites.
Place on custard.
Bake until brown.
