Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can drained French green beans
    1 small can drained peas or less and use corn
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 small onion
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat sugar, vinegar, water, oil and salt.
    Pour over vegetables and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    May add cheese for color.
