Homemade Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. quick rolled oats
    1 c. sunflower nuts
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. unsalted raw pumpkin seeds
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. finely chopped dried apricots
    1 c. finely chopped prunes
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Lightly grease two 9 x 13-inch pans.
    In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, except dried fruit.
    In another bowl, mix oil and honey.
    Add to dry mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Sprinkle water over mixture one tablespoon at a time while stirring.
    Put into pans and cook for 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally until mixture turns light brown. Stir in fruit. Cook 15 minutes more until desired dryness.
    Fruit should be soft still.
    Cover and store.
