Dorothy'S Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising cornmeal
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. (1 stick) oleo, melted
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine sugar and cornmeal.
    Add eggs, oleo, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
