Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) head cabbage
3 or 4 carrots (depends on size)
1 c. salad vegetable oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar or 6 pkg. sugar substitute (season to taste)
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Grate cabbage and carrots and mix.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Store in covered container for at least 10 hours prior to serving time.
Serves 25 to 30.
May also be used by a family. Keeps well in refrigerator.
