Aunt Elsie Hulnick'S Veal Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground veal
    1 envelope Lipton onion Cup-a-Soup
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    handful Special K cereal, crushed
    1 small egg
    red potatoes, cook (boil) and slice
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together.
    Prepare 24 hours in advance and refrigerate.
    Place in casserole with cooked potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered.
