Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, soft
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix thoroughly butter, shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
    Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
    Roll balls in mixture; place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 minutes or until set. Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
    For soft cookies, undercook.
