Creamed Chicken Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sliced carrot
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. onion
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can creamy mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
1 c. cubed, cooked chicken
toast
Preparation
-
In pan, cook carrot, celery and onion with thyme in butter until tender.
Stir in soup, water and chicken.
Heat and serve over toast.
Makes 3 cups.
