Pork Chops With Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can chicken broth (14 1/2 oz.)
    4 to 6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 onion, sliced
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    In a pan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth. Cook until mixture thickens and boils; boil 1 minute. Brown pork chops in oil. Set oven at 350\u00b0.
