Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced and quartered
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef gravy
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion and
    celery
    in
    butter for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in sausage,
    gravy and peas.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour
    into
    a
    9-inch
    deep-dish
    pie pan; dot with butter.
    Combine
    mashed
    potatoes
    and
    parsley; spoon around edge of pan.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes until heated through.
    Serves 4 to 6.
