White Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

First bring water and margarine to a boil.
Remove from heat. Add last 7 ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan (cookie sheet).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
