Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 small jars baby carrots
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift flour one time and measure.
    Add baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; sift again.
    Combine sugar and oil in separate bowl.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Add carrots; blend well.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each.
    Add vanilla.
    Gradually blend in dry ingredients.
    Add nuts and blend.
    Grease tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (preheated oven) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    (Secret is in the blending; blend well.)
    Frost or use powdered sugar when cool.
