Roasted Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Red Potatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    green onions and chives
    bacon bits
    lemon pepper (to taste)
    seasoned salt (to taste)
    garlic powder (to taste)
    sour cream
    shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and cut into quarters.
    Place in medium size roasting pan.
    Slice butter over potatoes.
    Add spices to your taste.
    Top with chopped garden onions and chives and baking bits. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
    When finished top with shredded cheese and serve with sour cream.
