Peanut Butter Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) jar smooth peanut butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
48 kisses (9 oz. pkg.)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0 with cookies sheets ready.
With wooden spoon, mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
Dough will be sticky.
With floured hands, roll a tablespoon of dough into balls.
Place onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes until cookie looks dry with cracked tops.
Remove and press chocolate kiss in center of each.
Cook 1 to 2 more minutes and remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes 48.
