Buttermilk Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 sq. Baker's chocolate, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cream together butter and brown sugar.
    Add melted chocolate, beaten egg and mix.
    Add cake flour, baking soda and salt.
    Add buttermilk, then cold water.
    Mix well.
    Slightly grease and flour pan (9 x 13-inch) and pour in batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Use favorite chocolate icing.
