Strawberry Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. crushed pretzels (10 oz.)
1 1/2 sticks butter
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 large carton Cool Whip
2 c. pineapple juice, heated
1 large pkg. strawberry jello
1 qt. frozen strawberries, chopped or sliced, but still frozen
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix in pretzel crumbs and press into dish.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Let cool completely. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
Spread over crust.
Cover with Cool Whip and chill.
Dissolve jello in hot pineapple juice, then stir in frozen strawberries.
Let begin to congeal, then pour over white layer.
Let all refrigerate until set.
