Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 large or 5 medium eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. lemon flavor
    1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
    Add to this the remaining ingredients.
    Mix with electric mixer until blended (don't overmix).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes in prepared 9 x 13-inch pan.
