Shrimp Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2/3 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. cubed zucchini (1/2-inch cubes)
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. extra small shrimp, shelled and deveined
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole, combine olive oil, mushrooms, zucchini, onion, parsley, garlic, basil and thyme.
    Cover.
    Microwave on High for 3 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
    Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp, stirring to break apart tomatoes.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Reduce power to 70% (Medium-high).
    Microwave for 10 to 15 minutes until flavors are blended, stirring once.
    Stir in shrimp.
    Re-cover.
    Microwave at 70% for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp is opaque, stirring once. Let stand covered for 3 minutes.
    Serve over hot cooked pasta. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
