Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Combine milk, eggs and vanilla.
    Add to dry ingredients at once, stirring just until moistened.
    Don't overmix.
    Crush 1/2 cup of berries.
    Add to batter.
    Fold in remaining berries and spoon into muffin pan.
    Sprinkle top with sugar.
    Bake 30 minutes or until done at 375\u00b0.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes.
    Turn onto wire rack.
    Makes 12.
    Each contains 250 calories.
