Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until lemon-colored.
    Add small amount of flour to yolks; gradually add sugar and remaining flour.
    Add melted oleo, stirring constantly.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour until firm.
