Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut into pieces or the boney pieces saved from previous fryers (leftovers from turkey may also be used)
    2 c. Progresso bread crumbs
    1 c. cooked rice
    3 c. chicken broth
    4 eggs
    mushrooms
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken in salted water.
    Remove from bone and combine with other ingredients.
    Bake in greased casserole for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Sprinkle top with butter and cracker crumbs before baking.
