Rice Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. raw rice, soaked in cold water 15 minutes and drained
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Shape in small balls.
    Place in 8-inch square dish and cover with tomato soup and water.
    Bake in moderate oven for 2 hours.
