Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 eggs
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 scant tsp. salt
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for about 5 minutes in a tiny bit of water and drain.
    Mix in the blender the margarine, onion, eggs, cottage cheese, salt and muffin mix.
    Fold the broccoli into the mixture. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
