Irish Soda Bread(Great With Irish Corned Beef And Cabbage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
Preparation
    Sieve dry ingredients into large bowl.
    Scoop up handfuls and allow to drop back into bowl to aerate the mixture.
    Add enough buttermilk to make a soft dough.
    Work quickly now.
    Knead dough lightly (too much handling will toughen it; too little and it won't rise properly).
