Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/4 c. minced onion
    2 1/2 c. canned kidney beans
    1 1/3 c. ground peeled tomatoes
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook until brown in 3 tablespoons butter, the beef and onion. Add and cook 10 minutes the beans and tomatoes.
    Make a paste of chili powder, flour, water and salt.
    Blend in and cook on low heat, stirring frequently for 45 minutes.
