Sesame Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
1 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 dried basil, crushed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Thaw fish, if frozen.
Cut fish into 4 portions.
Place fish on a broiler pan lined with foil.
Brush olive oil over fish.
Combine lemon juice, basil, garlic powder and pepper.
Pour over fish. Sprinkle sesame seed evenly over fish.
Broil until fish flakes easily when tested with fork or for about 12 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
